  • In Ask Pip: when the help pages don't answer a question, Pip suggests sending it to the Airmailer team on a card. Check the question and choose Email the Airmailer team. See Ask Pip.
  • By email: write to support@airmailer.app from the address you sign in with.

Either way, the Airmailer team replies by email.
