Creating Your Brand
Your brand profile is the foundation of your Airmailer experience. It controls how your emails look, how your AI agent communicates, and ensures every customer interaction feels authentically yours.
What is a Brand?
In Airmailer, a brand represents your business identity. It includes:
- Visual identity: Logo, colors, and email styling
- Communication style: Tone of voice and agent personality
- Business information: Company name and mailing address
- Team access: Who can manage your brand
Creating Your First Brand
When you first sign up for Airmailer, you'll be guided through creating your brand. Here's what each section means:
Brand Information
Brand Name This appears in email headers and throughout the platform. Use your company name or product name.
✓ Good examples:
- "Acme Corporation"
- "ShopLocal"
- "CloudSync Pro"
✗ Avoid:
- "My Company"
- "Test Brand"
Logo Your logo appears in:
- Email headers sent to customers
- The dashboard navigation
- Email footer/watermark
Logo Requirements:
- Format: PNG or JPG
- Recommended size: 200x200px minimum
- File size: Under 2MB
- Transparent background recommended for PNG
Visual Customization
Primary Color Used for:
- Main buttons and links
- Email header accents
- Active navigation states
Accent Color Used for:
- Secondary highlights
- Status indicators
- Hover states
Email Colors
Airmailer supports both light and dark mode emails. Configure separate color schemes for each:
Light Mode:
- Primary: Main accent color (typically your brand color)
- Background: Usually white or light gray
- Text: Dark color for readability
Dark Mode:
- Primary: Adjusted brand color for dark backgrounds
- Background: Dark gray or black
- Text: Light color for contrast
Compliance Information
Email Footer Address Required by email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Include:
- Street address or PO Box
- City, state/province, postal code
- Country
This appears at the bottom of every email sent by your agent.

Managing Multiple Brands
Currently, each Airmailer account supports one brand. For managing multiple brands:
- Create separate accounts for each brand
- Use team features to share access with relevant team members
- Contact support for enterprise multi-brand solutions
Updating Your Brand
You can update any brand setting at any time:
- Navigate to Brand in the sidebar
- Make your changes
- Click Save Changes
Changes take effect immediately for new emails. Existing email threads retain their original styling.
Best Practices
Logo Quality
- Use a high-resolution logo for crisp display
- Test how your logo looks at small sizes (email headers)
- Ensure good contrast with both light and dark backgrounds
Color Selection
- Choose colors that match your existing brand guidelines
- Test color contrast for accessibility
- Preview emails in both light and dark mode
Brand Consistency
- Use the same brand name across all your marketing materials
- Keep tone of voice consistent with your other customer communications
- Regularly review and update your brand settings as your business evolves
Troubleshooting
Logo not displaying correctly?
- Check file format (PNG or JPG only)
- Ensure file size is under 2MB
- Try re-uploading the logo
Colors look different in emails?
- Email clients may render colors slightly differently
- Test with multiple email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail)
- Use the email preview feature to verify appearance
Need to change your brand name?
- Navigate to Brand Settings
- Update the Brand Name field
- Save changes - takes effect immediately
