Signing in

Airmailer has no passwords. You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email address.

Signing in with a code

  1. On the sign-in page, enter your email address and choose Send code.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code from the email. It is checked as soon as the sixth digit is entered.
  • A code expires after 5 minutes. After 3 incorrect codes, send a new one.
  • Send a new code sends another code. Use a different email goes back to the address.
  • Up to 3 codes can be requested a minute.
  • If the code hasn't arrived after a minute, check the spam folder, or send a new code.

New accounts

A new account needs an email address on your business's domain, such as name@yourbusiness.com. Addresses at personal email services, such as gmail.com, outlook.com, icloud.com, proton.me or hey.com, can't create an account. Existing accounts on those services can still sign in, and so can someone invited to a team with one.

Airmailer creates one business for each email domain. If your domain already has one, ask one of its owners to add you under Settings > Team.

While Airmailer is open to invited accounts only, other addresses see "Sign-in is limited to invited accounts for now."

Profile settings

The menu at the bottom of the sidebar, with your email address, has:

  • Profile settings: your name and profile photo (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB). The email address can't be changed.
  • Sign out. If a page has unsaved changes, Airmailer asks first.
