Activity & Monitoring Overview

The Activity section provides comprehensive visibility into your email automation. Track performance, monitor individual interactions, and maintain a complete audit trail of all agent activity.

Why Activity Monitoring?

Activity monitoring helps you:

  • Track Performance: See how well your agent handles customer emails
  • Identify Issues: Spot problems before they impact customers
  • Improve Quality: Use data to optimize your agent configuration
  • Maintain Compliance: Keep records for auditing and compliance

Activity Components

Airmailer provides three views into your activity:

1. Dashboard

High-level metrics and trends

Accessing Activity

Navigate to Activity in the sidebar to access all monitoring features.

Tab Navigation

The Activity page has three tabs:

  • Overview: Dashboard with stats and charts
  • Feed: Real-time activity stream
  • Audit: Complete audit log

Key Metrics

Email Volume

Total Emails: All emails processed
├── Inbound: Customer emails received
└── Outbound: Agent responses sent

Success Rate

The percentage of inbound emails that received a successful response:

Success Rate = Responded Emails ÷ Total Inbound Emails × 100

Trends

Period-over-period comparisons showing:

  • Change in volume
  • Change in success rate

What to Monitor

Daily

  • Check for failed emails
  • Review success rate
  • Scan activity feed for issues

Weekly

  • Analyze volume trends
  • Review patterns in failures
  • Check audit log for anomalies

Monthly

  • Deep-dive into metrics
  • Compare to previous periods
  • Plan improvements

Activity vs Conversations
