Accessing Activity
Navigate to Activity in the sidebar to access all monitoring features.
Tab Navigation
The Activity page has three tabs:
- Overview: Dashboard with stats and charts
- Feed: Real-time activity stream
- Audit: Complete audit log
Key Metrics
Email Volume
Total Emails: All emails processed
├── Inbound: Customer emails received
└── Outbound: Agent responses sent
Success Rate
The percentage of inbound emails that received a successful response:
Success Rate = Responded Emails ÷ Total Inbound Emails × 100
Trends
Period-over-period comparisons showing:
- Change in volume
- Change in success rate
What to Monitor
Daily
- Check for failed emails
- Review success rate
- Scan activity feed for issues
Weekly
- Analyze volume trends
- Review patterns in failures
- Check audit log for anomalies
Monthly
- Deep-dive into metrics
